The information provided on this website and during consultations is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. All treatments carry potential risks and benefits that vary by individual. Results are not guaranteed and vary significantly between patients. A comprehensive consultation with Dr. Malak is essential before any treatment. You are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical history and medications. Treatments are only suitable for those in good overall health with realistic expectations.

Bookings are confirmed via email or our booking platform (Fresha). A consultation fee or deposit may be required to secure your appointment. You must arrive 10 minutes early to complete necessary paperwork. Cancellations with 24 hours notice are accepted without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit your deposit or incur a cancellation fee. Failure to attend without prior notice will result in forfeiture of deposit and full treatment cost. Reschedules must be made with at least 24 hours notice. Deposits are non-refundable except where required by law. Refunds for treatments are only available in exceptional circumstances and at Dr. Malak's discretion.

You must provide informed written consent before any treatment. A full consultation with Dr. Malak is required before all treatments. You must disclose all medications, allergies, and relevant medical conditions. All clients must be 18 years or older. Where applicable, patch tests are required before full treatment. You agree to follow all aftercare instructions to achieve optimal results and minimize complications. Dr. Malak reserves the right to refuse treatment if she believes it is not in your best interest.

Before and after photos are taken for medical record purposes and may be used for educational or marketing purposes. We obtain written consent from all patients before using their images. Images are stored securely and are not shared without permission. You may request your images be removed from marketing materials at any time. Testimonials and reviews are only published with explicit patient consent. We reserve the right to moderate or remove testimonials that are inaccurate, defamatory, or violate these Terms. Any testimonials used represent individual experiences and may not reflect typical results.

Dr. Malak is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from treatments or this website. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the treatment in question. We are not responsible for third-party content linked from this website. You use this website and treatments at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, as these cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your treatment will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
